Vintage Roofing team and Luceano did a great job working with insurance to replace our roof. Luceano was a great communicator, and the roofers worked very hard.

So far, I'm absolutely thrilled with Vintage Roofing. My house was hit by a terrible storm resulting in major tree and wind damage, and literally within the hour, I had StormChasers at my door. In the middle of probably my worst day in a decade, still in shock, strange (and sometimes aggressive) men were asking asking me to sign their papers... without having a clue what the heck was going on or what I was signing. Some were very insistent, smelling blood in the water (insurance money!) I refused repeatedly...again and again... and instead I called Vintage Roofing whom I'd just heard good things about from a friend whose roof they'd recently done in my same town. Two Vintage Roofing employees, Kevin Rackley and Zach Martin (Mngt & Sales) soon showed up, dressed neatly & professionally with their logo's visible on their shirts, super professional, with great manners; not pushy at all. They were very patient in explaining EVERYTHING, giving me options, and not trying to pressure me or make me feel like an idiot. Still somewhat in shock, in the middle of a natural disaster, and not able to fully compute e'thing, they explained (and re-explained) the process. Their vibe and energy immediately put me at ease so I chose to sign with them. They walked me through the insurance process, helping to explain what comes next, and next...and next... all the way through getting approval... to their team showing up, to the roof being put on and then clean-up. When the actual roofing team arrived, they were early, but not as early as the Vintage Team Management, Luciano Salazar & Zach Martin, who arrived to oversee the entire project. It was a heat index of probs 100+ and the manager(s) stayed the entire day, keeping an eye on everything, checking and rechecking things, and even stepped in to help do clean-up after the team was finished. The actual team who took off the old roof and installed the new roof were amazing as well. Very polite, very professional, and they did an amazing job. I would give this company and every single one of their employees 10 stars if I could...seriously, if you're ever the victim of a natural disaster, straight winds, tornado or hurricane--or you just need a new roof--I highly recommend Vintage Roofing. I'm a real person, who was in the middle of a real storm and found myself in a real pickle... and as a single woman, I can't commend them enough for the kind and professional way I was treated, and the quality of their work and communication. Luceano with Vintage Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Him and his crew were very professional. They removed and replaced my shingles and gutters. I would highly recommend them.
