The new roof was installed on the day VR said it would be. I'm very happy with the color of the shingle "as-installed". Both Ray and Luceano were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous, and answered the questions I had with actual legit answers and information - not the "re-direct" BS that is so prevalent in todays business cultures. Feel confident with VR, especially if you are dealing with Ray and Luceano.
We had no idea we were missing shingles from our roof, we just knew the ceiling was leaking every time it rained. From Day 1, Mr. Eddie, Luceano, and Wayne took care of us, guiding us through the insurance process and staying with us every step of the way. Their dedication and professionalism made all the difference. Thanks to them, our new roof looks amazing! We truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. I did attach one of the pictures from the way the roof was before and then the after picture.

Strud and Kaven were the sales/field reps that were extremely professional, curtious and knowledgeable about the specific roofing products, upgrades, installation process and all things dealing with insurance. Joe and Eddie have been a Godsend for me in the last few weeks. Joe was here the morning after my roof was crushed during the night and again yesterday when the roof was replaced, with a few times in-between. He even bought me Chick-fil-A when we met with the adjuster. :) Eddie has been the epitome of professionalism dealing with the insurance company and an overwrought women. I was blown away with the efficiency of the material delivery, dumpster drop off & pick up and installation all within 48 hours. I'll be a fan for life!
Vintage Roofing was one of the best companies I dealt with when it comes to knowing a roof like the back of their hand. Had a sales representative named Keavic come up to me at my door and I thought he did an excellent job in letting me know their was visible damage on my roof and telling me about the dangers of letting your roof stay damaged as time went on. Excellent team Vintage roofing has, would definitely work with them again and I would recommend them over other roofing companies.

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! Luceano and Joe were great, upbeat, professional, and very responsive. Once work started, they both came out at different times to take pictures, check on the progress of work and to explain each step along the way. They both went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns. We were really impressed with the level of service we received from Luceano, Joe and Vintage Roofing.
Luciano and his team did an amazing Job. Not only they delivered on what they promised, they went the extra mile and provided assistance in many other areas. They worked the process of approval with the insurance very well, with details videos and explanations, they did not leave any point for luck. I highly recommend Vintage Roofing for their excellent work.
Over the last few years I have had many roofing companies try to sell me a replacement roof, without any real evidence of damage suitable to file a insurance claim. VSMP conducted a thorough physical assessment and provided details to my Allstate adjuster that changed my claim from a dubious repair, to a full roof adjustment. The installation was impressive. The installation team meticulously prepped our area to protect our plants and outdoor furniture. They started at 6AM and finished by 12PM. Their consultants and projects managers were a joy to work with. They were very attentive and responsive. They deserve 5 stars.

We just worked with Joe at Vintage Roofing to replace our roof. It was such a great experience and he was so helpful and easy to work with. The whole job was approved and completed in a very short period of time and Joe communicated with us through the entire project. I highly recommend giving them a call if you think you might need a new roof. The entire team was extremely efficient and professional. They really went above and beyond!
Vintage Roofing rocks. We met rep Luceano with a thorough roof inspection. He put us at ease and handled all the not-so-fun insurance claim to help us obtain a full reppacement. He met with the adjuster, submitted all docs, even went out of his way to find a hard to find shingle color! The install team was quick, on time, and cleaned up beautifully. The drone pictures are cool, and our house looks amazing!!
Sales Representatives Luceano Salazar was great at taking care of the job of my new roof. He told me when and what time the crew would be here and they were here at that time and they had my job finished by lunch and done a great job. I have never had a job done that went smoothly as this one.
Vintage Roofing went above and beyond for us when we needed a new roof. They worked with my insurance company to get the best possible payout from them and had us scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of the initial inspection. Lonnie was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The crew that came out for the install did an excellent job and left no mess behind. I will definitely be recommending Vintage Roofing to friends and family.
Joe Hall is definitely going and has gone over and beyond for us! 3 hour drive one way to us three different times in less than a week, and he's been there, and on time for that matter. He did the inspection, he submitted the claim right there with me, then he came out again the night before the insurance adjuster was to arrive the next morning, and then came to be with the adjuster in order to advocate for us! That people is what you call, "customer service!" I can't thank him enough for getting us full replacement value, I know that we are one of the lucky ones! You rock and I can't wait to see our new roof!

I was helped by Vic and Strud who came out and inspected my roof. They were very kind and funny and most importantly helpful. They showed me the all the damage they saw and took the time to explain exactly what I was seeing. They filed the claim to my insurance with me and made the process super easy.
Jacob Woodard is absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about him and all the help he has been with me in getting a new roof! If you know anything about insurance it’s that they do NOT want to pay your claim but Jacob has worked tirelessly to get that accomplished for me and my family!
Saw Marc on my neighbors roof I called him over and asked if he could look at if for me. He was up there on my roof for 10-15 mins and showed me all the damage and explained me in detail how the damage can lead to further results. Marc is very educated and knowledgeable in his profession if you look for an inspection I’d highly recommend calling Marc !

Prior to writing this review I checked out what others wrote: ALL awarded 5-stars... and I confirm the 5-stars is well-deserved. It's hard to top the reviews, so let me at least echo and affirm those reviews along with our two cents. In addition, I'd like readers to consider a broader context (I'm not choosing a political side--just stating the obvious): currently, not everything is economically rosy in our country, and it's easy to fall into despair and anger over financial difficulties most families are facing. True enough. But, can you imagine what the situation would be like if all (or at least most) companies conducted their business like Vintage Roofing? They are an example of free enterprise at its best: a business that puts dedication to service as well as support of customers first and foremost. Thank you, Vintage Roofing.
The Vintage Roofing team is great y’all! We primarily worked with Joe, who was just incredibly helpful and kind. Eddie was great too. When it came time to complete the roof, the team finished in a day. While they were up there, they even blew the leaves off the roof of the addition and out of all the gutters. Even our walkways had been cleared. I was floored. The crew also ensured that no debris, especially nails, ended up in the yard. The new roof looks stunning and totally updated the look of our 100 year old home. I highly recommend! The roof is going to last forever, but if we ever need damage repaired, we will go straight to Vintage Roofing. Thank you guys!

Marc got up on my roof and was talking to my husband and even ft my husband and showed him the damages on the roof. Marc makes it super personal and super honest inspector. A lot of roofers can be shade by with out a doubt Marc is honest in his dealings and truthful with what he says and gets results

Vintage Roofing was referred to me by a coworker when I was unsure what to do next after my insurance confirmed my roof needed to be replaced post-Helene. I was grateful to have a recommendation because I've had some bad experiences recently with other tradespeople who were unreliable and contributed to the overall negative stereotypes about pros in the industry who take financial advantage of people who simply don't know what they're doing. We can't all be experts in everything, right? From the start, Eddie was extremely personable, professional, and in the style of someone who truly knows what they're doing, was able to explain my roof situation to me in a way I could follow from beginning to end of the whole process. He even kindly guided me away from an ill-advised shingle color choice. His team just completed the roof install yesterday - it took approximately 9 hours to completely remove the old shingles, several box vents, install a ridge vent, and bring my roof up to code. My yard and the area surrounding the house was protected through the whole process, and they did an unbelievable cleanup job before they left. I could not be happier with the work that Vintage Roofing did for my home. It's such a relief to have this major home repair issue completely resolved. Eddie and his team made the replacement painless from start to finish. If I'm unfortunate enough to have a huge branch or another storm blow through and mess up my roof sometime in the future, I would be happy to work with Vintage Roofing again. I'd refer them to any friends or family who needed roof work done as well. 10/10, would roof again.
